😵💫The Einstellung Effect
Are you a robot or an automaton?
Do you truly think for yourself when seeking solutions or do you simply reflect the thoughts of people that are conditioned to believe certain ideas and concepts?
You’re about to find out.
Have you ever heard of the “Einstellung Effect”?
In summary, the Einstellung Effect is a person’s inclination to do as they believe or feel instead of doing what is best.
If a person’s decisions are rooted in belief instead of reason, how can that person expect a reasonable outcome?
Think about that.
Do you prioritize belief and emotions over facts and reason?
Many people do.
In fact, every religious person does, for sure.
A religious person will deny the most evident reality, substituting reality with the god/devil concept, their religious beliefs, and their emotions.
For example, if a person was to harm another person, religious people will claim the bad person or bad act is the devil. Yet, no devil or demon has ever been convicted in any court nor iss anyone being attacked by a devil or demon. People harm each other on a daily basis across the world more than any number of “devils” or “demons” do. That is reality, but a religious person will reject that reality or distort it with their beliefs and emotions. They will never deal only with facts and reason because religionists believe that god is better or beyond facts and reason, but the reality is that the only things that are not facts and reason are lies and ignorance.
Imbalanced minds will perform all sorts atrocities or violations, which they justify with belief and emotion, enforced via the twisted concepts of duty and “I had no choice” instead of morality and order.
So, are you about reality and reason or are you propelled by belief and emotion?
