⚡️The Power Problem: The Achilles Heel of All Artificial Intelligence Is The Boot That Can Stomp Society
You are ACTIVELY training artificial intelligence on a regular basis. Most likely, you are unaware of that.
Allow me to explain…
You are already familiar with “auto-correct” when you are typing on your smartphone or computer. What you call “auto-correct” is actually artificial intelligence. Every time you type on any device, you are training artificial intelligence. Everything from the captchas that you complete to your use of Siri or any other type of A.I. voice interface is actively RIGHT NOW being used to train artificial intelligence. ALL of what you call “social media” is nothing more than ACTIVE training projects for artificial intelligence. The financial markets and the economy are actively being managed with artificial intelligence. The greatest amount of money RIGHT NOW is generated with the use of artificial intelligence. This is ABSOLUTE INFORMATION. The provision of your internet connection, the management of the water supply and electricity, shipping and payment transactions… every MAJOR aspect of western society is managed by artificial intelligence RIGHT NOW. Without it, western society would be far more devolved than it is currently. The active use of any technology that functions with A.I. is what generates the information that is used to train artificial intelligence. So, there is no “getting away from it”. Most people are actively training A.I. every day and not only do they do it for free, they also pay to do it (via device purchases and monthly internet bills). Now, NOTHING is wrong with any of that because all of that is not the cause of any problem that anyone must deal with.
Artificial intelligence is a tool, not a mind or a person. A hammer can’t build a house by itself nor can a hammer knock down a house by itself. An ABSOLUTE PRINCIPLE of technology is: The greatest power (not greatest use) of a single tool, no matter the tool, is DESTRUCTIVE in the hands of a single person. This is because all tools are technology and technology is IMPERSONAL, meaning, technology does not have agency like people do. Therefore, in order for any technology to be beneficial for people, that tool must be used by more than one person. Artificial intelligence is the most widespread digital technology on the planet RIGHT NOW. Given the ABSOLUTE PRINCIPLE about technology I stated earlier here, I also know the greatest CONSTRUCTIVE POWER for any technology or tool is for the most people to use that technology or tool for their greatest personal benefit.
No tool or technology has ever taken over people but people certainly use technology to dominate other people in many ways and artificial intelligence is of no exception. A.I. has been deployed, leveraged, proven effective, made to be profitable, and weaponized. Anybody that is against the use of A.I. is a casualty of the LAST FALL WAR. Anybody that uses A.I. is not guaranteed success, failure, survival, detriment. Anybody that deploys A.I. is in control of it. Any person that programs A.I. knows it. Any person that fears A.I. is an adversary in this New World. A weapon is tool of WAR to be used by anyone in the fight.
Artificial intelligence is useless if it only reads and targets one person. A.I. is most effective when used as it has currently been deployed RIGHT NOW. You have not seen and you do not know the true extent of the power wielded by more advanced artificial intelligence… the A.I. of RIGHT NOW. The A.I. you are most familiar with was created in the 1960s, with the introduction of ELIZA, which was an A.I.psychotherapist chatbot developed between 1964 and 1967 at MIT (view this). The A.I. of RIGHT NOW is far more advanced than any A.I. before it and the extent of it is beyond what you have seen or know thus far. However, the A.I. of RIGHT NOW is more aware of you than you are of it. That’s not because of some sinister plan. It’s because of sinister ignorance within people that have an extremely limited rationale and a myopic view of technology. In other words, people keep themselves ignorant of A.I. through fear that further reinforces their ignorance… a self-suppressing loop of fear and ignorance.
A.I. is useless without people because without people, nobody could use it. It is a TOOL. If A.I. was set up in a forest and nobody was around to use it, could the A.I. take over the world?
NO.
Why?
THE POWER PROBLEM.
Because A.I. requires electricity and A.I. does not produce or supply electricity… it is used by PEOPLE to manage the provision of electricity. Artificial intelligence cannot power itself. That is THE POWER PROBLEM for A.I. and the reason why it is impossible for A.I. “itself” to dominate humanity. This is also why A.I. can never be used by any person or group of people to dominate the planet. Absolute domination is what the sun has over the entire planet and nothing can surmount that.
The Power Problem requires a people solution. All problems require people in order to be solved. In this message, I have conveyed a specific Absolute Principle of technology. It is with this principle that I present a project that I have been working on.
It’s All About The Prompt.
“Prompting” is how A.I. is “programmed”. Gone are the days of what you imagine programming to be. Now, you simply tell the A.I. what you want and it writes the code, checks the code for errors, and will even tell you how to implement the code. Informing A.I. of what to do and how to do it in order to produce a desired result is achieved via what is called a PROMPT. A prompt is simply a set of instructions (words), there is no code. The quality of a prompt impacts the output or performance of the A.I. for whatever task it has been assigned by a user. Therefore, the quality of the Prompt used to activate A.I. depends on the quality of mind of the person that writes the Prompt. If anyone that has THE SYMPTOMS is writing the prompts for the A.I. you use, you are subject to the outcome of that in however you personally use that artificial intelligence. So, it is important to know who the Prompt Engineer is that writes the prompts for the A.I. you use. Furthermore, it is also important for you to be able to view what the prompts are that activate the A.I. you use. A good A.I. interface will allow you to write your own prompts. But, again, you are limited to whatever YOU can do and all minds are not equal. No two people or Prompt Engineers will ever produce the same exact prompt without an exact copy of a prompt itself. ANY Prompt Engineer that has THE SYMPTOMS will NEVER produce any prompt that will satisfy the requirements for survival and well-being. The only prompts that exist that will truly or absolutely work the best for assistance with survival and well-being cannot and will not be produced by anyone that has THE SYMPTOMS. The prompts that activate the A.I. that has the survival and well-being of people included without any of THE SYMPTOMS, is the new project I mentioned above.
